The S Family

On a sunny day in El Paso I met a family of four, the S famliy. I could not wait to meet them! I have been trying to shoot this family since last year. The anticipation was well worth it! They were great with direction and did not need much, the children are models in the making. The little girls eyes were like looking through glass and her little brother was almost too cool for me. This beautiful family shined from the first click of the camera!

The M Family (EL Paso, Texas)

On a busy Photography day in El Paso, I had the pleasure of shooting the "M" family, my third shoot of the day. We decided to go to the beautiful Album Park. After the park, we traveled to a special location the M family wanted to go to,I am not sure where we were or how we got there but I know, it was special because my lovely models shined. The children truly LOOOVED my camera!During our photo session, we noticed a group of people off in the distance. After taking a closer look, we realized the group was having an full, imaginary mid-evil war! Can you believe it?? They were dressed in caps, had fake swords and shields and the best part was they acted everything out like it was 100% real. We couldn't believe that this was really going on and couldn't help but watch and be amazed by their imagination and the fun they were having. I think by watching the group, it heightened our energy level and made the shoot a blast. After we were done at the park we headed out to another, beautiful rustic location in town. The little man was so sad that we had to leave the mid-evil war zone that he spent the rest of the time pouting... so sad but so cute.I will never forget shooting the handsome little boy who was convinced that he was a Star Wars "Jedi". Between seeing a mid-evil war, traveling to our beautiful shooting locations and spending time with the M family, I have to say it was a wonderful day and I will always remember the fun we had! Thank you M family!!I had such a amazing time shooting this lovely family... I would say they are truly "picture perfect".

The H Family

After the success of shoot #1 in El Paso, I was very excited for shoot #2 with the H family. We decided to shoot at two different locations and the family had the perfect outfits to match the area we were at! We started the morning at El Paso High School, which I absolutely LOVE! The architecture is amazing and breath taking. Even though our session was only planned one week prior, I couldn't have been more thrilled that they reached out to me. With proper planning and such beautiful locations it made everything go by smooth and I was so happy with the outcome. Thank you to the wonderful H family ... it was an honor to work with you and I had a blast!

The O Family

It was a long work week but I was very excited for Friday to come around. It was time to travel to my home town, El Paso to visit my family and it was photo session time! After waking up early, packing the car and the family, our journey began to El Paso and trying to make it on time was becoming clearly impossible. For all of you parents, you can empathize with me... trying to entertain a 2 year old and stop for potty breaks every 5 mintues can make a road trip much much longer. We made it into EP and headed straight to the first photo shoot. We were stuck in that crazy El paso traffic the entire time but finally made it. The sun was already setting and it was getting dark very quickly, it was time to get started. We began to shoot but due to the heavy overcast we only had time to get a few shots in. We decided to shoot the next morning and change our location..... The lighting was perfect and made a GREAT day for shooting. ABSOLUTLY LOVE THIS FAMILY (:
