What a GREAT year 2012 has been. I step back away from it all and see this adventure I took. I can remember from where I started to now where I've ended for this year. 2012 was a year I was working on my own personal style and on how I wanted my photos to look and make them mine. Now I finally found myself in it all. I know exactly where I want to go with it. I had met such great photog friends that helped me along the way. I took some AMAZING mentoring classes which i absolutely LOVED and helped me in building my craft. Thank you to all of you with all your help answering my questions and helping me better my skill. I also met a great new friend who assisted me in my shoots in El Paso in Nov. miss Miriam. She's a photographer who had some questions so she came along with me in my shoots and assisted me as I answered all of her questions. I'm so excited to see her succeed in her journey. I have so many new goals I've set for myself this year and can't wait to make them happen.
I'm also happy to announce that I got myself a new upgrade, My new best friend my 5D Mark III. YAY!!!! I cant tell you how EXCITED i am about this. Ive messed around a bit photographing my daughter. So far I'm beyond disbelief on the focus this camera has and light sensitivity. I absolutely LOVE this camera. I cant wait to see what I capture this new year.
Yes, yes I do admit I do not blog like I'm suppose to. I definitely will blog about all my clients this year. I also would like to photograph my daughter more often. She actually is into it now, not really!! I have to bribe her and I only get a 5 minute slot. lol!!
Well again I'm so blessed to have everyone in my life and my family support me. Chris comes with me alot on my shoots. I'm sure lots of you guys met him when we photographed. I tell you one thing he's one GREAT assistant. He does everything while I shoot. He scouts locations, he picks up people on high walls and he holds my bag and helps me get every ones attention. He sure is great!!! Thanks babe!!! This year I teach him to shoot. I'm excited let's see where I could take him.
We took our yearly family photos again by the GREAT Patti Smith Photography. My daughter was actually into the photos this time. I actually came up with this outfit last minute. So I had my dress ready but I was still looking for Chris's outfit. I ended up finding this fur vest for Jordyn and remembered she had some fur boots. So I decided to change everything at the last minute. LOL Let me tell you Chris was not happy but it's my world when it comes to family photos. These photos I cherish since I'm the one on the other end of the camera its rare I get photos with my own family. Thank you Patti for giving me my memories. I will truly treasure these for a life time. Thank you everyone for following me in my journey and I hope you will let me continue on following your journey as well.

The Arizona State Fair was a amazing adventure with a 2 year old!!! In a 2 yer old eyes lines don't exist,rides are forever and the pavement is for laying....With that being said we had laughs, screaming and melt downs but at the end of my day I had some fantastic fried food,bought a monkey for 5 dollars(I couldn't fill a water balloon), some fantastic shots!, and a day with a amazing little girl!!!

So let me start off by introducing myself, my name is Jessica but everyone calls me Jess. I've been shooting for over a year now and I AM IN LOVE. I am self taught and still continue to learn. I am always reading up on blogs and facebook. I also see lot of YOU TUBE. I live in the Phoenix, Az area and shoot in all Metro surrounding cities.
